This is a commercial office suite location, not a Maryland government office.

This is a private third-party company. It
is not affiliated with Maryland SDAT.
It uses publicly available business registration data.
The official Maryland filing can be completed directly through SDAT for a lower fee.
? Recommendation:
Always verify business filings directly with: Maryland SDAT (official state website)? Don’t assume compliance mail is from the government just because it looks official.
Sharing this so other newly small business owners of LLC’s, will be aware of similar businesses. This is my second noticed, but didn’t respond because I am aware that on Maryland Business Express, you can pay all fees on their online portal for much less.
