If you live in P.G. Co. especially but I also have Charles County and travel in neighborhoods with poor streets and railroad crossing, please encourage your neighborhs to submit a service request.

County Executive Braveboy wound be responsible for roads such as Brownstation Rd. and Ritchie Marlboro Rd. but not Woodyard, Rd. Rt 223 and Croom Rd. Rt 382.

The difference on how two neighboring jurisdictions handles road infrastructure upkeep and repairs are greatly different.
Charles County Government, Department of Public Works and Transportation spends money to resurface roadways all over the County, including the rural areas. Sections of Malcolm Rd. in the Malcolm, MD., known as Dogpatch, I Reckon’ You’re From Dog-Patch/Malcolm/Aquasco/Brandywine, MD If.., is getting resurfaced now.
The connecting road on Malcolm Rd. as you enter Prince George’s County, MD., Horsehead Rd., the dividing border between the two Counties, where the two roads meet is Horsehead Rd. Horsehead Rd and connecting Baden Westwood Rd. in Baden, Brandywine, Maryland, needs to resurfaced and have been needed to be resurfaced for 10 years. The rural roadways which are maintained by the Department of Public Works and Transportation for Prince Georges County in Baden, MD, have not been resurfaced since the roads where layed.
Prince George’s County Department of Public Works and Transportation often focuses on pothole repair rather than full resurfacing on specific sections of roads like Horsehead Road, which residents have noted and reported on BrandywineMD.com and associated Facebook page, Brandywine MDcom, in contrast to resurfacing efforts in neighboring Charles County.
Take a look at a visual difference and please share, maybe we can get County Executive Aisha N. Braveboy and the upcoming elected officials for Steny Hoyer District 5 Congressional House seat, District 9 Council Member Sydney J. Harrison seat and Districts 27 A & B, Delegate Jeffrie Long Jr., Senator Kevin M. Harris to push for infrastructure improvements and stop any planned Data Center building in the area.
