Praying and on behalf of Brandywine MDcom and associated website Brandywinemd.com, I offer my condolences to the families of the individuals involved in the vehicle accident in the 11900 blk of Croom Rd. on July 6th.
One motorists was killed and the other motorists is in critical condition.
Authorities identified the man who died as Juan Hawkins, 23, of Brandywine. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Last week a vehicle hit a pothole on Croom Rd. in that area and the vehicle became disabled breaking a wheel bearing and other front suspension components it appears and slid off the roadway.
Maryland State Highway Administration should invest in repaying sections of Croom Rd and motorists have to slow down and be more safety conscious on Croom Rd.
