Our hearts are with the officer’s family, friends, fellow officers, and the entire law enforcement community following the tragic death of a Metropolitan Police Department officer after a shooting at the Second District police station.
The dangers faced by law enforcement officers extend beyond responding to calls for service. Every day, officers and their families carry the risks and sacrifices that come with protecting our communities on and off duty. R.I.P. Erica C. Hill.
