I stopped by for the Grand Opening of MaMa Cole’s Cafe, to congratulate Demetrius Cole on the reopening of MaMa Cole’s Cafe, in Upper Marlboro, MD, to continue his mother’s legacy of the original MaMa Cole’s Cafe? in Washington D.C.
The Café was quite busy around dinner time hours, I was going to order the Blackened Salmon, but saw a neighor, who is the father of the owner of the food truck, Exclusive Eats Official and he was picking up dinner for the family and told me to try the Dominican Chicken and stated it was not spicy. The prices are great, you can get a dinner for a little over $20, with nice portions. The Dominican Chicken was seasoned nicely, I don’t do spicy and it was not but I really like the string beans.
The majority of the people were ordering takeout and the wait was not long about fifteen minutes. They do have room to sit down and eat if you prefer. Brandywine MDcom wishing MaMa Cole’s Cafe and Aquasco Cafe another local restaurant, great success. Please come out and support these local businesses and I plan to stop by Aquasco Cafe soon.
