Fatal stabbing on Croom Rd. 11000 BLK, yesterday evening at around 7 pm, one male located outside after a fight, pronounced dead after life saving measures failed.
Update an arrest has been made;
[Español en comentarios] The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit arrested and charged a man in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred Sunday evening. The suspect is 24-year-old William Tebo of Upper Marlboro. He’s charged with the murder of 43-year-old Tyrone Hager of Upper Marlboro.
On February 2, 2025, at approximately 6:45 pm, officers responded to the report of a fight in the 11000 block of Croom Road. Officers located the victim inside of a vehicle suffering from multiple stab wounds. Hager died at a hospital a short time later.
Through their investigation, detectives identified Tebo as the suspect. He was located and arrested a short time after the murder. The preliminary investigation revealed the suspect stabbed the victim during a dispute. At this time, it does not appear they knew each other prior to this incident.
Tebo is charged with first degree murder and related charges. He’s in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
