Bradford Pear Trees, please don’t make the mistake of planting them although they may look nice come spring with pretty white flowers that blossoms but they have an internal design flaw, as they age, they split and are nothing but a nuisance with the seed pods dropping everywhere and adding to the trees stress being unable to support it own weight. Please don’t plant them and I forgive the original home owner who planted mines years ago.
