Griffith Energy Services, Inc. or formerly Southern Maryland OilI have propane now, I switched from oil but when I checked my SMO account online, my delivery section was blank, they had to reactivate my account and discovered my scheduled delivery date had passed.If you are on propane or oil automatic delivery, please check your levels. The colder than normal temperatures in December, you could be lower than expected. I checked my level and I was at 15% and SMO told me it is a 2 or 3 day wait period or possibly longer. It is the 4th day.
SMO being acquired by Griffith Energy Services, maybe the company is too large and need additional employees in the office and in the field.
I must say everytime I called, the customer service representative was very polite and professional.
