Things are getting interesting in District 27 B, of MD. Former Senator Michael A. Jackson, District 27 Senator was recently selected and sworned in as Superintendent of Maryland State Police. The race for the District 27 Senate seat, involved Delegate Kevin M. Harris of District 27A, Delegate Jeffrie Long Jr. of District 27B and Delegate Jason Fowler of District 27C. Congratulations to former Delegate Kevin Harris, who was just recently selected as Senator of District 27 in Maryland. As Delegate Jeffrie Long announced he plans to run again for Delegate of 27B, the former Delegate of 27B, Delegate Rachel R. Jones, announced she is running again for her old seat. Delegate Rachel Jones just picked up an importantant endorsement from the newly elected District 27 Senator, Kevin Harris. No one has announced their are a candidate for the vacant District 27A seat as of yet.
