The Charles Branch Natural Area Trail will have three entrances and exit points for the trails.
One section is located at 9401 Croom Rd. It has parking spaces for vehicles.
The second entrance is at 9605 Croom Rd. It has parking spaces once you enter the gate and drive 500 ft off Croom Rd. The park trail sign is still covered and the gate is still closed to vehicle traffic.
The third entrance is on Duley Station Rd. It doesn’t have parking spots, just a small pull off area.
I don’t see how, Jug Bay Park Trail will connect with Charles Natural Area Trail and Rosaryville State Park Trail, by walking, by way of a wooded trail or paved trail.
I missed this announcement about volunteering in November.
New trails are coming to Prince George’s County, and we need your help to get them ready for use!PG Parks is hosting a trail work day in tandem with MORE on November 16 (Sunday) in Charles Branch Natural Area (Upper Marlboro). Volunteers will move dirt, work on back slopes, trim vegetation, and do other trail finishing work. Tools and snacks will be provided. The trails in Charles Branch will eventually connect Jug Bay and Rosaryville.Sign up:
