Owners Remarks are Accidentally Recorded and Her Statements are Unprofessional and Hurtful

The owner of Amber’s Disposal, should issue an apology for her statement. The owner should hire someone to handle customer service and hire additional drivers. A representative stated they are short of drivers but currently have no job vacancies listed. The owners statement was unprofessional and showed no compassion for her customers.

I switched to Amber’s Disposal about 10 years now, I haven’t had too many issues. The driver will come on my property where I store the container to empty it sometimes if it not at the curb. If the trash is not near full or smelly, I will wait until next week to move it to the curb but the majority of time, they will still empty it. The metal lift bar have been broke and missing for six months but they lift it by hand instead of the hydraulic lift. Unfortunately the owner or office staff are unprofessional but the drivers still need to work.
